HPWE founding partner Matt Rankin is a licensed South Dakota electrician, qualified to design, build and maintain any electrical system. Rankin graduated Western Dakota Technical Institute in 1996, and has spent the intervening years gaining experience as a licensed electrician.
HPWE is active in apprenticing our employees and students so that they may earn hours toward their own electrical license. |
